Author Revealed

Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. "The world is not enough" is a great quote from the James Bond canon that I've always admired. I also like "Never give up, never surrender!" from the movie Galaxy Quest.

Q. How would you describe perfect happiness?

A. To me, perfect happiness would be a cool, gray, rainy day when I had the time and freedom to do whatever I wanted -- like curl up with a good book, take a nap, and hang out with friends and family.

Q. What’s your fantasy profession?

A. I'd love to do something fun and quirky, like be one of the people responsible for coming up with new ice cream flavors.

Q. What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing?

A. Reading, of course!

Q. With whom in history do you most identify?

A. I like to read stories about the American West, and I'm always amazed by the strength and spirit it took for the pioneers, cowboys, and others to carve out a life for themselves and their families. They had a toughness and a can-do spirit that I really admire.
