Rachel Bartholomew Dip ION, MBANT, CNHC is an experienced nutrition consultant and writer. She has a practical, grounded approach to nutrition, and believes that our food choices, and the way in which we involve food in our lives, are fundamentally important for our long-term health and well-being. Rachel is a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutrition Therapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
