Alix Paré

About The Author

Alix Paré is a lecturer specializing in Western painting of the 17th, 18th, and 20th centuries. After an eight-year tenure at both the Louvre Museum and the Palace of Versailles, she now gives art history lessons and takes part in major Parisian exhibitions. A graduate of the Ecole du Louvre, she is the author of Cats in Art and Women in Art, among others.
