Jeff Tamarkin

Jeff Tamarkin is a music writer and editor. He has written for numerous publications including Billboard, Playbill, Creem, and Mojo, is the author of several books on rock artists including Bruce Springsteen and Jefferson Airplane, and has written the liner notes for more than 75 albums, for such artists as: The Beach Boys, Tom Jones, The J. Geils Band, Chubby Checker, Merle Haggard, Dean Martin, and many others. Jeff was the editor for Goldmine Magazine, Grateful Dead Comix, and CMJ, has served on the Nominating Committee of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and is a consultant to the Grammys.
