Paulo Carminati has been working in the beverage industry for over a decade, representing some of the finest breweries and wineries in the world. His work has taken him from the foothills of the Andes in South America to vineyards all over Europe. When not collaborating on wine lists for top restaurants in Boston and New York, Mr. Carminati is busy consulting with winemakers from up-and-coming markets, such as Brazil and China, helping them to develop their production for the international trade. He currently lives in Manhattan.
