About The Author

Britney Wang is a Chinese-American chef and entrepreneur born in Shanghai and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Now based in Los Angeles, Britney is best known as the "Dumpling Queen." Inspired by her family’s cooking traditions, Britney brings her cultural heritage to life through food, with a mission to connect people across cultures. Her passion for cooking began as a way to recreate the flavors of her childhood with her grandmother in Shanghai, and she has since turned that love into a global movement to share Chinese traditions and cuisine. Through her dumpling-making classes, businesses, and now this cookbook, Britney aims to make Chinese culture and cooking accessible to kids and families, using food as a bridge to foster compassion, joy, and community.
