Alice Ma

Alice Ma is a Hong Kong–based artist and storyteller whose work spans comics, visual narrative, and performance. A graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Contemporary Dance and Choreography, she brings a strong sense of movement, atmosphere, and emotion to her creative projects. She is the creator of CMS: Astronomical Research Team, an original science-fiction comic series developed through the Hong Kong Arts Centre’s Comix Home Base initiative. Her work blends mystery, astronomy, and fantasy to explore the connections between everyday life and the wider universe. It is her debut long-form comics project.
