This graphic adaptation of Bram Stoker’s classic novel features giant pop-ups on every spread.

When Jonathan Harker encounters Count Dracula at his castle in Transylvania, he has little idea of what horror awaits him and his fiancée, Mina. Only with the help of the vampire hunter Abraham van Helsing are they able to muster the courage to thwart Dracula’s evil plan. Illustrator Anthony Williams’s full-color scenes capture the horror of the tale in rich detail, allowing a new generation of readers to experience this classic story. And the remarkable 3-D pop-ups in this graphic adaptation of Bram Stoker’s classic horror novel will surely delight readers.

Raves and Reviews

Paper-engineer genius David Hawcock has concocted a pop-up version that literally leaps off the pages. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like this rendition adapted by Claire Bampton with spectacular art by Anthony Williams. Dracula’s Romanian castle soars up out of the ground. The dog jumps off the Demeter right at us! At the finale — spoiler alert — Quincey Morris plunges a thick stake into you-know-boo. Read this with garlic handy.
