Christophe Alliel is an illustrator and comic book artist born in 1985. He began his career in the pages of Lanfeust Mag, then, in 2007, provided the artwork for his first comic series, Les Terres de Caël, based on a script by Syde. In 2011, after a stint at the Marseille-based Zarmatelier and contributing to the Kookaburra Universe, he illustrated the series Spynest in collaboration with Jean-Luc Sala. In 2014, he worked with Clément Baloup on the standalone volume Le Vent de la hyène. Starting in 2017, he began the two-part series Les Chiens de Pripyat—scripted by Aurélien Ducoudray—which was published as part of the "Grand Angle" collection. In 2019, once again collaborating with Aurélien Ducoudray, he launched the series Maïdan Love.
