“This is an important book. I could start that way—and mean it. But I won’t. How about, ‘This book is a source of cover-to-cover joy. I had fun reading it.’ I had tried five new-to-me things by page 25. ‘Joy’ and ‘fun’ are the words I choose to hang this endorsement on. It is a wonderful book. Play with it, put it down a hundred times, and try something. Bravo!” ––TOM PETERS, #1 Global Bestselling Coauthor of In Search of Excellence
