About The Book

When a surprise guest joins the Passover Seder, Snail learns that everyone deserves a place at the table.

Snail is determined to host the perfect Passover Seder. With beautiful new dishes, delicious food, and a special cup for Elijah, everything is ready—until his friends arrive with a surprise guest. As Snail struggles to make room for lonely Raccoon, he learns that the true meaning of Passover isn't found in fancy place settings, but in welcoming others with kindness. This heartwarming story celebrates friendship, inclusion, and the joy of opening both your door and your heart to those in need.

About The Illustrator

Alianna Rozentsveig is a children’s book illustrator with a fondness for overly dramatic snails—in fact, she kept a few as a child, much to her parents’ delight. A Sydney Taylor Honor and Crystal Kite Honor recipient, she previously illustrated The Tree of Life: How a Holocaust Sapling Inspired the World. She is often found sketching small worlds and welcomes all woodland creatures in her studio in Israel.
