About The Book
I guess the Sun was lonely—
That’s why she sent a ray
To knock upon my sleepy eye
And ask me out to play
Join the sun, moon, and other wonders of the natural world throughout the year. Whether it’s springtime bugs and showers, summer storms and beaches, fall leaf piles and trick-or-treating, or winter snowy nights and sledding hills, the gifts nature brings us are celebrated with short but sweet verse—all guided by the happy sun that shines season after season, year after year.
