Craig Shreve

Craig Shreve was born and raised in North Buxton, Ontario, formerly known as the Elgin Settlement and recognized as a Canadian National Historic Site for its role as a refugee settlement for slaves escaping the southern US via the Underground Railroad. He is the author of One Night in Mississippi and The African Samurai. The African Samurai was named one of the best books of the year by The Miramachi Reader and by Quill and Quire magazine. It was also longlisted for the Wilbur Smith Adventure Writing Prize in the UK. His work has been translated into fourteen languages. He lives in Toronto, Ontario. Visit him online at CraigShreve.com.
