Crystal Carothers

Crystal Carothers is a writer, speaker, educator, surfer, and mindfulness meditation practitioner whose work explores the intersection of illness, healing, spirituality, and personal transformation. She teaches English and creative writing at the college level in Southern California. She has shared her story of healing from a rare bone cancer as a keynote speaker and on podcasts and continues to speak on topics related to healing, meditation, personal growth, and overcoming adversity. Mind, Body, Cancer is her debut memoir. Crystal resides in Carlsbad, California.
