About The Author

Jannie Ho writes and illustrates children’s books and is a cartoonist for Chickengirl comics, in which she draws herself as a neurotic hen observing everyday life. She studied illustration at Parsons School of Design and has worked at Nickelodeon and Scholastic. Jannie is the author-illustrator of Bear and Chicken, Happy Chinese New Year!, and The Lost Mitten. She lives with her mathematician husband and daughter near Boston.
