Kristy Park Kulski is a Bram Stoker Award–winning, Korean American author, editor, and historian. Her work is often inspired by feminism, history, folklore, and a morose imagination. She's the author of gothic horrors, Fairest Flesh and House of Pungsu, as well as the editor of the acclaimed anthology Silk & Sinew. Before publishing her writing, she inhabited a variety of careers from cryptologic technician and video game designer to teaching college history. She's a third-generation US military veteran of both the Navy and the Air Force and holds degrees in history and creative writing. Born in Honolulu, she now lives in the woods of northeast Ohio.
