MATT DOMO is the Founder of Amazon Web Services' Database Division, where he pioneered Database-as-a-Service and led platforms scaled to $107 billion. He led engineering at Microsoft SQL Server and Rackspace Cloud, infrastructure now serving billions of users daily.

Named MSN’s "#1 AI Leader to Follow" and USA Today’s "Top 5 Visionary Entrepreneur," Matt is the author of Everybody Wins, introducing The ME Experience: his methodology for designing businesses where systems, data, and AI adapt to individuals, rather than forcing individuals to adapt to systems.
