Mike Brooks is a science fiction and fantasy author who lives in Nottingham. His recent work for Black Library includes the Warhammer 40,000 novels Voidscarred,Lelith Hesperax: Queen of Knives,Da Big Dakka and The Lion: Son of the Forest. He has also written Brutal Kunnin,Harrowmaster,Huron Blackheart: Master of the Maelstrom,Warboss,Da Gobbo’s Revenge and the Horus Heresy Primarchs novel Alpharius: Head of the Hydra as well as many others. When not writing, he plays guitar and sings in a punk band, and DJs wherever anyone will tolerate him.
