Salvador Sanz was lives in Buenos Aires in 1975 where he studied at the Manuel Belgrano National School of Fine Arts, obtaining a Professor of Painting at Prilidiano Pueyrredón. In 1994 he helped found of the magazine Catzole and later won the best animated short film award and San Diego Comic Con in 2006 for his animated short film "Gorgonas." In 2006 he edited the anthology Legion, published in Argentina and Spain by "Ivrea", later on it was released in the United States through IDW Publishing.
