Stephanie Campisi grew up in Melbourne, Australia, but now resides in sunny Palm Springs, California, with her husband, young son, and a delightfully barky Jack Russell Terrier. A lifelong bookworm, Stephanie wrote her first book in the 3rd grade, and hasn't stopped since! To date she has published almost two dozen books, including Luis and Tabitha, Five Sisters, Quacks Like a Duck, the Warrior Fairies middle grade series, and the Sparkle Pigs chapter book series (as Kit Holliday). When not writing, Stephanie spends her time reading, eavesdropping on conversations, noting down interesting names, discussing etymology with her son, and hiking in the desert mountains.
